We have two servers running our business and I just brought in a Unitrends device so that we would have backup and quick disaster recovery. The two servers are 5+ years old and are not virtualized. I was just testing the audit mode on the unitrends device where I spin up a virtualized version of the latest backup but the virtual server immediately starts asking about license activations. It does me no good to be able to bring up a virtual server on Unitrends if it will not work because of licensing issues from Windows.
How should this be handled so that we can use the virtual server?
