Remote backup solution

Im looking for a good way to remotely backup a nas. Its not much data, less than a gig. Ive been looking at btsync but im not 100% convinced of its reliability.

I would like to back it up to a freenas box at the remote site.

This is a small office with limited resources so an open source option would be preferred.
