We run a Citrix environment where 80% of our users log on to thin clients, 15% use PC's, and the last 5% have laptops. The Citrix users and PC users are setup to save everything to their network drive. The laptop users log into Citrix and stave everything in their network drive, but I have also noticed that they keep a lot of things saved on their desktop.
All that said we need a solution to backup these laptops so that if something were to happen to them, we could get these files back as the users with laptops have important info that we can't lose. What do you guys recommend, (cloud based, backing up to a external drive, etc.) and any sort of software that you recommend for remote users laptop backups.
