I need some info on what I should/can do.
I have a RAID10 NAS (Buffalo TeraStation). One disk went out on it late last week. I hadn't gotten to replacing the disk yet. Just now a second disk just failed.
Of course, its a 4 disk array. Disks 1 and 3 are the bad ones. Can I move disk 4 to slot1 and get a working array?
Also... I don't have a lot of experience on RAID Rebuilds... can I use a different model number for the replacement disks? I have two brand new ones, but not the same model as what's installed
A quick response would be great. Thanks
