Searching Exchange for single item restore with Backup Exec 2012

Hi,

I can't find much info on t'Internet or Symantec's site or in the official BE 2012 Admin manuals, so, I thought I'd ask you guys.

I'm looking for a single Exchange item to restore for a user who is unsure when it last existed. Does anyone know what syntax the search function expects? Can you give me an actual working example because I can't figure it out and keep on getting zero results?

Also, this item is actually a folder that was located in the user's inbox. There doesn't seem to be an option for searching for folders. Is this even possible?
