I have been trialling out rsync.net for a couple of months as I wish to move away from my current backup platform. The reason being I have determined that the problem with my backup (where the backup software randomly does a full backup every few weeks) is something to do with the platform.
I have had zero issues with rsync.net and its finally fixed the above issue that I was having with the old platform. So I am happy to pay more to get the backup to work reliably as I have wasted hours and hours trying to get the backup program to work reliably over the last 18 months.
However, rsync.net seems to be incredibly expensive compared to virtually everyone else and I am wondering whether they are really are worth it, despite all the positive reviews.
The question I am trying to ask is whether rsync is expensive or the other platforms are too...
