I have a network where all the devices and the backup server hosting Acronis 11.5 are in a workgroup. Do I have to visit each PC and install the agent? Can it still be done remotely then added to AMS? In my attempts to install the agent remotely I get messages like "Access Denied" or "Could not get information from PC" (something like that). There are not many systems so I can visit each one and install the Acronis agent, but will it work the same as it does in a domain configuration? Thanks, Mike
