I've been a PhD Virtual customer for a few years as my virtualization used to be Xenserver. When I migrated to VMWare this past year, I stayed with PhD because it worked for me and they came in very agressively vs Veem. So far I've had minimal complaints on the Phd Product.
However, I've recently begun to run the Unitrends Virtual Backup (UVB) version of Phd, the new product they have since being acquired under Unitrends.
I've been running it for a few weeks and while support has been awesome (Phd has always had great support) I keep having all sorts of backup errors. Its almost like I can't go two nights in a row with solid backups before I need to put a call in to support.
I'm trying to determine if I push forward with trying to flip all of my VMs over to UVB, or if I just move the ones I have in UVB BACK over to my PhD system (which is...
