Symantec Backup Exec vs. Native Windows Server 2008 Backup Utility

I will be backing up a SQL server running Microsoft Dynamics 2010, which backup utility would be better?

If the paid solution is the better option, why? I always felt like the backup utility that's packaged with server 2008 is pretty robust?

Is anyone out there using the native backup utility to backup a similar production server?

We will be backing up to 2TB external hard drives that are swapped out daily so one is always off site.

EDIT: The SQL t-logs and the data are being backed up by the native SQL server backup onto an internal backup drive. I will just need to backup that drive.
