I have "a friend" here that is looking for a backup solution that would handle around 30TB of glacial data and 19TB of weekly backups. Initial backups would be onsite with replication to another office or the cloud.
Currently they are able to get all 19TB of weekly backups onto tape every weekend by starting Friday night and barely finishing in time for work Monday morning.
Any thoughts/suggestions as to a product/vendor that could address these needs?
