Hi all,
I'm in desperate need of help restoring Exchange data - our Full / GRT backups run each weekday successfully, and verify too. Checking the logs, I can see that the correct amount of data has been backed up and verified without issue.
Now I'm trying to execute a restore, but when I try to do so and select individual subfolders of mailboxes, there is nothing shown beneath Mailbox Store (as per image below)! This makes no sense whatsoever - looks to me as if it's a Backup Exec database / catalogue issue, anyone know what I can do?
