How to configure incremental backup at Veeam Backup?

Hi everybody!

I never used the Veeam backup before, I'm trying to configure an incremental backup job, but each time the task runs a full backup is performed and not an incremental backup.

In other words, the job runs on a first full backup, and when the same job is run for the second time is done another full backup instead of an incremental backup.

I am using the trial Enterprise version of Veeam Backup 6.5 , connected directly to an ESXi 4.1 host and I´m using de local target to storage the backups.
