Symantec Backup Exec 2010 R3 - "Loading Medium" appears - backup "stops"

Hi,

i changed the Directory for my Differential backups to a new NAS.

Now BE starts to backup ans suddenly changes it's state to "Loading Medium".

Then BE stops continuing backing up and the MB/s drops down.
