Backup Exec 2010 Error - Really need help on this one, any ideas?

I've been getting this error message in Backup Exec 2010 on our tape backup of an SBS2011 server.

Any ideas on how to resolve? Reboot, restart of Exchange services, and turning off AOFO did nothing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
