We are retiring a server after moving its software to the "cloud" and stopped performing backups on it in November when all the data was exported to the new service. We just decided that we no longer to keep the physical server running so we turned it off. Just to be super careful we wanted to keep the backups for a few more months in case they come back and say they need something off the old one (We understand that they shouldnt need it but this is coming from higher up so we aim to please).
If I delete this server (client) from the Unitrends console will it affect the backups we currently have saved? Will we still be able to do a bare metal if needed?
