I have 2 cores which replicate a main core at head office and a second remote loacted in another office. Both backup servers but the remote only does about 4 whereas the main one is backing up 14. Now since i updated to Appassure 5.3.5.64611 my cmain core has been becmoing unresponsive regularily and once it has all snapshots basically are not beng taken. After investiagting I have found that even thoguht its reporting 6GB of memory in use when I stop the service its releasing nearer 26GB out of a total of 32 in the server.
My question is has anyone else seen this kind of behaviour in the latest core install of AppAssure? I ahve a call with their support and they are trying to figure out whats occuring on this core but have evaded all questions when I ask them if this is a know issue or not.
