Srv 2012 failover cluster replication questions

As far as I understand it the hardware requirements for failover replication between two servers running 2012 are effectively preventing me from doing just that.

Got three servers, two are DC's and run AD replication in between and one is a file-share with a RAID setup involving 2xRAID and local backup. The last is not a DC. They are all different physical machines attached via GB Lan. All servers are connected to the same local domain and all are in the same server group.

On 3 I have configured a 1TB storage location (2 disks in Raid 1) that I intended to dedicate to server backup/failover. The interface is SATA on a SuperMicro Mobo, using a SAS Controller for RAID. (There is also another 6 disks in an other RAID5 configuration for user files).

Now, I have been pondering how to use that 1TB RAID drive on the FS server as a common storage for DC Failover, but it just eludes me. DFS is about SAS and iSCSI and NAS, but I have none of that. (Well I have a backup Promise NAS, but I have no intention to use it for this).

If you need more info, please ask. Please do not tell me to go buy this or that solution. I have already bought all of the above.
