Remove Backup Exec 2012 Agents

Hi!

I'm hoping this forum can help because I'm getting nowhere with Symantec support on what should be a ridiculously easy question. :-/

I installed the free trial version of Backup Exec 2012 on one of my servers. After a period of testing I purchased a license for it. The process of installing the license was more complicated and counterintuitive than it should have been, but eventually I got it on there. However I'm still getting an error that "55 days until 1 trial license expires". When I click on "View license information" I see that it's for "Agent for Linux / Agent for Mac / Agent for Windows". I don't use these and I don't know what they're for (well, I have some basic idea, anyway), but can't figure out how to remove them? They were apparently installed as part of the trial. When I go through the menu option for "Installation and Licensing -> Installed Options and Licenses on this Backup Exec Server" it doesn't give me any option to remove the agents.

This isn't critical by any stretch, but it's pretty darn annoying and I'd rather not completely uninstall and reinstall the software. Help??
