Veeam multiple VMs one backup job

We just recently purchased Veeam, so I am setting up all the new jobs. Coming from Backup Exec, Veeam works quite a bit differently.

Is there a recommendation on when and when to not backup multiple VMs in one job? For instance, my Lync servers consist of 2 edge servers, 2 front end servers, and a database server. Then, our SharePoint environment has a front end server, central admin server, and a database server.

Should I create a Lync job and then a SharePoint job where each backs up its respective servers, backup the database servers in a separate job, or each server in its own job?
