Pursuant to my previous post, which went largely unanswered:
I've spent the last couple days coordinating with the support team to sort our some performance issues with SQL-Level transaction log backups. What I'm hearing is that the recovery appliance we were sold doesn't meet our needs (as I suspected previously) and now we have to try to offload the SQL application backups to a UEB appliance as a workaround...
At this point, I'm extremely frustrated. This really *is not* a support issue, since they are just trying to work with what we've got. I really just want to feel like our concerns are being heard, but our sales person pushed us to support, and the support team is trying (heroically) to make the current solution work for us.
Anyone else having these problems? Right now, I've got a sour taste in my mouth, and I'll definitely need to blow off some steam after work today...
