I am looking for Backup Exec 2012 alternatives with these conditions:
Can backup to a Disk Drive or UNC path that is already bought and in place
Backup suite does not pre allocate destination disk with vitual media
Behaves similar to PHD Virtual for VMs(Machine and file level restore capable) but also backs up Physical Servers.
I am OK with Virtual appliances, but I do not want to backup to a .vmdk.
