Imaging laptops for a legal firm.

I was asked today by a prospect lawyer if I do bit stream imaging. I see potential for me to make good money there.

I understand that my favorite program Acronis True Image does it if you check the sector-by sector feature. My concern is with True Image ver.16 which fails to mount the built-in hard drive on recent laptops.

A practical example is my own laptop, an Ideapad U510 which I never succeeded imaging using Acronis True Image ver.16.

I'm afraid to answer my prospect yes since I might not be able to perform the work.

1) Has anyone else been that path?

2) What program is better at recognizing recent HDs?

3) Give me details please.

Many thanks.
