Hi all. I've recently partnered with Rackspace cloud services and also partnered with Jungledisk online backup. I like Jungledisk but I have a few issues with them. Since they charge the reseller a per user fee that adds up quick when trying to resell the service and really makes it hard to quote a decent price.
As the topic says, can anyone recommend an online backup service that's been in the business for a while? What jungledisk has going for is they offer a generic white label backup client for resellers. I'm looking for that as well, but not a per user fee and also some good reporting tools that makes it easy for me to stay on top of the backups.
