So.. I am a little confused.
(I know we read that a lot from me here in SpiceWorks)
I have Veeam Backup 6.5 and it runs on a non domained (workgroup) virtual machine.
I have mapped a 2TB share from the new QNAP server to the N drive. I can write and read using the local admin account that I log into on the VEEAM server.
Yet my back ups.. fail with the following:
[VEEAM-SERVER] Failed to create directory "N:\servername" The system cannot find the path specified. CreateDirectory(N:\servername" function call failed. Cannot create folder. Folder path: [N:\servername]. -tr:FC; failed to create directory. Directiory path: [N:\servername]
so I created the folder myself to see if that was the issue and... it wasn't.
yet i can doit manually using same credentials.. ?!?!
