Backup Software Guidance

I am writing this today to solicit any insight anyone might have regarding either Symantec 2014 and/or comparable programs.

Backup Exec 2010 R3 is currently being used and I am relatively happy with the exception of the $10k price tag. I would stick with BE 2010 for the foreseeable future, but we're replacing our backup server and it will now be running Windows Server 2012 R2 which is forcing me to either upgrade Backup Exec or find another solution.

A brief overview of what I'm looking for is a software solution that is compatible with Windows Server 2012 R2, Quantum Superloader3 (L700), Exchange 2007+, and has the option for full, incremental, and differential backups. There's is roughly 120+ TB of raw data so if the software includes any sort of compression or deduplication that would be a huge bonus.
