Taking on from Matt’s last post "Who can I talk to with technical questions about Backup Exec?" I am Jaydeep Sathe from the Symantec Backup Exec Support team and would like to introduce myself to this community.
Do you Still remember, one of the most stable BE out there, 'BE 9.1 for Netware'. That is what I supported, when I started working here at Symantec. I am working with Symantec for about 5 years now and am a member of the Advanced support team. I work with almost all Agent and options that Backup Exec has to offer and would be here to assist you troubleshooting Backup Exec issues.
