Enterprise grade backup solution

We are a multi site environment ,running Backup exec 2012 for tape and shadow protect for disk onsite data centre backup.

I'm looking for a back-up and recovery solution as part of DR solution , 

below is the key focus and goals:

·         Solid and robust back-up / Disaster Recovery solution

·         Increase back-up and restore capabilities

·         Improve data availability, Offsite backup .

·         Flexibility and Scalability

Currently I'm doing on line research on comm vault and EMC avamar
