Issue with backing up virtual machines using Net backup 7.6

I have 2 ESXi hosts in a cluster and I read somewhere that from the netbackup host you should be able to telnet on port 902 and 443 to the esx host but when I do that it fails to one of my hosts but in the security profile I see the port 902 and 443 open on the host...

Any ideas?
