Backup storage recommendations?

Hi all,
Fairly straightforward this one. Looking for recommendations for backup storage. Need at least 12TB USEABLE storage, and then another unit the same to put in our second building to replicate everything to.
Used with DPM 2012, so iscsi connectivity...
