Due to speed limitations, (our ISP provides 90mbps down and only 5mbps up) our back up solutions have been limited. Currently our data server has two drives running in RAID 0 in case a drive fails and we also have 2 externals that are unplugged and stored in a fire safe at the end of the day.
We're bringing on a new client that requires us to have an offsite back up of our data. I have made arrangements to have fiber brought into the building so within a month we will have 300Mbps down/up so offsite storage will now be feasible.
Does anyone have a suggestion on a backup solution. A friend of mine suggested Crashplan. Any thoughts?
