I am hopeful that someone within the community will have faced this same challenge as I am.
We are an MSP supporting over 200 clients (independent companies/sites, not linked!) and we use Symantec System Recovery 2013 for most of them, backing up to in-house NAS devices, USB drives (clients like to have the comfort of a copy of their data on something that they swap out every day - similar to the good old days of Tape backup), and/or offsite storage in cloud based NAS devices.
Our biggest issue with this product (which is great in terms of DR and general restore requests, as well as the ability to convert from Virtual to Physical and vice-versa), is that this thing has an awful inability to plug in or provide a central management solution that an MSP like ourselves, would really like to make use of.
