So I'm just looking for some advice really... we currently hold about 2TB worth of data at our HQ and I'd say 1TB of this is mission critical.
Our main CRM system is back up in the following way:
- 4am Morning Backup. (7 Days Worth)
- 1 Hourly Backups from 7am - 10pm. (16 Hours Worth)
- 11pm Nightly Backup. (7 Days worth)
- 15min Progressive backups (holds 2 folder last 30mins)
The above data is the most important and then from that we have all out scanned documents and also a studio folder.
All the other information is misc, downloads etc.
All of this gets backed-up to our cloud direct account every 15mins.
The trouble is were slowly running out of space.
My question is do we get a simple synology box with 4TB of data on and move all our non-critical data over to this and let our mission critical data stay on our Dell SAS drive.
Any help...
