We are about 6 months into using the Dell Appassure backup system and still having issues!
When it works it appears to be an excellent system. getting the thing to work, and stay working is another issue!
The latest problem we are having relates to the Appassure Server reporting Repository full, when the repository in question still has ample (47%) free space.
The error is: -
* Volume transfer failed: Transfer failed for volume 'D:\'
* Repository error: The repository is full. Adjust your retention policy or delete old recovery point chains to free up space, or add a new storage location to the existing repository
Has any body come across similar problems, and maybe resolved them?
We purchased appassure via a re-seller and they are still apparently awaiting a response from Appassure on the issue. in the meantime, we have no snapshots for about a week!
If anyone can suggest anything to try here, please let me know.
