I was running the trial version of Veeam, it worked great. The key has run out, and we were ready for purchase. I attempted to buy it online, which apparently is impossible. They insist we go though channel partners, but they refuse to give us any channel partners to speak with. I put in a request to purchase on Monday, on Wednesday I follow up again, and was told the person they forwarded it to was gone for a week. (seriously?) Then she moved it to someone elses account. We told them we just needed one copy one key. I just got an e-mail this morning stating that she was still working on channel partners, and was going to be out of the office today due to her husbands surgery. Now it will at least be Monday before We will have backups. Does anyone know where I can find a channel partner that sells VEEAM. Ideally, I would like to...
