I really hope someone from Code42 is here in the community and can assist with this one.
I am backing up 4 different computers using CrashPlan Pro (to CrashPlan cloud). I am getting the message above about backup files being maintained on one specific Windows 7 Pro x64 desktop. The others are fine. This desktop is where I have stored some of our corporate software installers and licenses. It has not successfully backed up new data since 9/25, and this messages about files being maintained has been showing for several days. Here's what I have tried thus far:
- I tried restarting the CrashPlan service and restarting the computer. CrashPlan Pro shows it is online (and it was online before anyway) but will not back up anything because "backup files are being maintained."
- I tried double-clicking the CrashPlan Pro icon within the application and...
