I'm racking my brain trying to figure out the best way to backup my infrastructure using Veeam cloud backup. I have a 7 year requirement for retention. Currently, I backup using Veeam to local storage NAS with a 60 day retention on a daily basis. I then use backup copy to backup a 6 day retention to a hi-rely removable HDD that I send offsite weekly and monthly. I want to get rid of the hi-rely device and go to cloud backup. I have a Google storage drive and don't know how to configure the layers to cost effectively backup to the cloud. I have 2TB of backups I will be pushing probably per month. How do you use cloud storage to archive long term backups in the cloud?
