Unitrends UEB VMware virtual appliance wont boot.

Hi all. I have VMware Essentials on two IBM xSeries servers. I have a Unitrends virtual appliance on one of them, with the "Spiceworks Free" license. It has been doing automatic backups for about 6 weeks since I finally figured how to use it, (DUH! :) ). But last week it died. It didn't occur to me till Monday morning that I had not received an email report for about 7 days.

So I logged into the console, (the web service was down). There is a black screen with writing, (yeah I know, (DUH!). Rather than retype it I've attached a screen shot. I'm not a linux guy, (at all!), but I'm guessing there is some file system issue. All the other VMs are running fine. This is the only one that failed.

Any thoughts on how I can fix it? Or should I ditch and redo and apply for a new validation code?

RobT.
