Our NFR license is about to expire. We used the SPICEYUEB originally. How do we renew this? I clicked on the upgrade link and it took me to a Unitrends website showing:
- I have a promo code
- I need to activate my purchase
- I would like a quote
- and so on
I used the I have a promo code and put in SPICEYUEB again. Is this the correct procedure?
