Here's some great news; 2 months off the job and my sanity has (almost) returned. No more alarm clocks (except the baby screaming for a diaper change or midnite milk feed). No more user requests (phone's so much peaceful; no more phantom rings). And the fact that i can see my son all day with barely a disturbance.
However; just to fill in the time and gaps; i'm doing abit of the oddjob freelance home user laptop repair just so i dont get rusty.
Now here's the thing; on a more professional side; I normally do a full clonezilla of the HDD(s) and "NUKE+PAVE" the HDD and rebuild from scratch. Safest builds ever. SO if any problems at least i still have the clonezilla backup to recover when user starts screaming for no reason about missing files/apps
