recently tried to get copies of older data (300GB) this is "archived versions" for a period of 18 months or so (2010-2012. company is unable to do so and has been trying (probably scrambling) to locate said data archives for a couple weeks.
Most backup providers have their legal schtuff in contract that sorta negates these issues minimally so while it may allow us to break from the rest of the contact and get a minor amount of $$$ back.
obviously we should have used either 2 providers or down our own versioned local copies.
anyone ever have their backup provider fail to this large of a degree?
