Anyone with NovaStor/NovaBackup Experience?

My company has been using NovaBackup for a year now. The old setup was kind of hodge podge setup and we want to take a more active, better management role over it. So, we rebuild the backend on new hardware (VM for server/SQL/CMC Web Portal host management) and will route storage onto an older re-purposed server. Everything back end is fine, but when it came time to use GPO to push out an uninstall command to remove the old version of the client end installed on the office computers and then the install GPO command, we hesitated.

The uninstall command is easy enought to do, even if we have to add to the script a secondary to delete the directory from the Program Files (x86) location. The install process NovaStor provides a silent install KB article with triggers, but we are having a hard time figuring out the best way to make it work...
