Hi everyone. I just wanted to run by how I understand Veeam, just to make sure it's correct before I create some new jobs. I'll use our file server as an example.
We need the file server's downtime to be as minimal as possible. Therefore, it would seem that a replication job at the very least would be what we need to set up, with the interval being something acceptable to us. This will not have as much compression as backups, if any, but will get us up and running the fastest.
We also need backups of the files, in case something gets deleted. Therefore, we'd need a backup job as well right?
