A little background:
We have two DPM servers. DPM1 is primary, DPM2 is secondary (located on a remote site). Both servers are running Windows 2008 R2 and DPM 2010. The secondary DPM server backups the primary DPM over a VPN connection. All backups have been running great with no issues at all. We had to expand DPM2's RAID so we removed the old logical drive and created a new one with the new HD's. Because of this change, we had to run a consistency check on all the replicas (normal behavior). However, we are constantly failing with the below errors. Sometimes it runs for hours and even days...but it will eventually fail. It's very sporadic and unpredictable:
