Critique my backup setup

Environment:

Mirrored SanSymphony SAN's (both on premise, separated by MDF/IDF, different floors)

4 XenServer Hosts

28 VM's, mostly Windows Server 2003/2008/2012

Symantec Backup Exec 2012

CloudBerry Server backup with S3 and Glacier storage

Data:

Daily backups about 100-200Gb

Weekend backup about 450-500Gb

Process:

Backup Exec backups servers and data (BE agent) to local direct attached disks, all backups are first backed up locally. Cloudberry server backup then backs up the Backup Exec files, we call this the duplication process.

Exch, SQL and Accounting backups vary a little. Backup Exec still backs up each of these 3 systems locally, but we then use a RDX disk for the duplicate and that RDX goes home with one of us in IT.
