OneDrive for Business issue.

Good morning, spiceheads.

My tech' directory is experiencing issues with his OneDrive syncing. He's running Windows 8.1, all service packed up, etc.

Here's his email detailing the issues:

•If I copy files to it they syncrhonise fine, everytime.

•When I open a file, it never saves back to onedrive. States a permissions issue.

•It will never synchronise the file I have tried to save back.

•I have, completely removed and reinstalled my laptop.

•Cleared all credentials.

It says the below and when you get it to ask for credentials, you enter them and nothing happens..
