I have been backing up my organization's data via tape with a Quantum Superloader 3A. The Superloader is out of warranty and is now starting to overheat. I have been unable to fix the issue myself and the cost to get it fixed would be too high for an old machine.
I am now in the position to select a backup solution to replace it and am looking for suggestions, pros/cons, or any other information on different solutions.
