Move Backup File with Batch File

I am running a backup of a folder in windows 7.  It creates a file and dumps it into a folder.  I'm trying to make a 5 batches (1 for each day of the work week) to move it into a network share folder.  When I use robocopy it skips the file.  When I use Xcopy it says "access denied." 

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
