My DPM Server, a Dell R720xd, is running out of free space. I thought I buy a Dell MD1200 with 12x4TB and attach it. Problem is, the quote I got is way to high in my opinion. Can anybody recommend a 19" 2HU DAS that works with a Dell R720xd?
Alternatively maybe a NAS like Synology RackStation RS3614xs+, which is about 60% of my Dell quote.
I would be very grateful for some ideas.
