Barracuda Backup Cant See Files in Hyper-V Guest

I have Barracuda Backup Appliance 390 and installed the agent on my physical Hyper-V Server. I have been trying to backup the guest to the Barracuda Appliance but i can not see any files in the backups. When i tried setting up what to backup i could not drill down into the guest at all, they just don't expand with any files in there?
