Commvault File Archiver permission denied to all files...thoughts???

Good morning. We ran our file archiver to free up space and now we have most of our users that do not have access to the files. Even us as domain admins are told that we don't have access. We have checked all permissions and they are as they should be. We are currently running Sympana Version 9.0 SP14.
